These are the steps to becoming a Teddy’s Bigger Burgers franchisee:
Step 1. Complete the "Confidential Franchise Application"
Please fill out the application completely. Your information will be kept confidential and completing this form does not obligate you to become a franchisee – you still have some more steps to complete before you can become a fully qualified candidate. You can fill out the application online or you may download a hard copy from the website and mail it to us at:

Step 2. Teddy’s Bigger Franchises Review
The application is reviewed by the corporate team to see if you meet the criteria for becoming a franchisee. If you do then you will receive a call from a Teddy’s Bigger Burgers team member to review your application and learn more about you and your business plans.
Step 3. FDD Review and You
If you are qualified, and it looks like this could be a good opportunity for both of us, then you will be sent a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). At this time you can further research the business opportunity to see if it is right for you - in the vernacular of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), this is called your "due diligence period." The FTC requires that you must have this document in your possession for 14 days before you can sign a franchise agreement. The FDD contains a copy of the Franchise Agreement that you will be able to review as well.
Step 4. Validation
After your review of the FDD you will be given an opportunity to ask questions and gather any other additional information you may need to make an informed decision. During this period you are free to contact existing franchisees.
Step 5. Franchise Agreement
If you decide to move forward then your application is submitted for final approval. If approved, a time will be scheduled to execute your Franchise Agreement and pay the franchise fee. Once all final documents have been reviewed for accuracy and final approval has been authorized, you will receive a fully executed franchise agreement and a welcome package that will orient you to the next steps you will be taking to launch your business.
